This isn't your normal Mantra Meditation session. This is a deep re-coding of your internal "frequencies".

Post group mantra session, James will then have a select few individuals for sessions in a "hot seat" style setting. This is where James will utilise his abilities to scan your "frequency files" and work on you with either what is present or a specific challenge / opportunity you may be facing that you'd like to address.

For those listening in, even though you're not in the "hot seat", if you're running a similar pattern, the frequencies generated for the individual will be beneficial for you as well as you listen in.

The most important thing is staying in the zone and allowing the frequencies to bathe you.

James McDonald

With over a decade of experience in the “success” industry, James has been involved from all things NLP, Business Mindset workshops, visualisation protocols, traditional goal setting mechanisms and more. He was even headhunted to work for a global events company promoting in-person programs for individuals such as Tony Robbins, Gary Vee and Graeme Holm.

Whilst his successes were fantastic, he still felt like something was missing. He was then led down the path of more “spiritual” practices such as breathwork, manifestation principles and the laws of “vibration”. Now whilst he again had amazing successes developing unique “abilities” and creating wonderful experiences... he still felt that missing piece.

It wasn’t until he met his teacher, Masati, the founder of Xponential Intelligence, in 2019 where James finally cracked the code on what it truly meant to be “human”. And not the “old” human with the burdens, the lack and sacrifice… but the original human… or the “NEW” human that has always been brilliant from the dawn of time.

It’s now James’ mission to continue his own evolution and in the process support others in discovering the truth of who they are as well.

Mark Ashmore
Hailing from the tropics of sunny Queensland, Mark has been teaching the wonders of yoga for over a decade and along the way... fell in love with mantra.

One of the many translations of Mantra is 'through the mind to the heart'. With each mantra comes a different vibrational sound that activates a specific resonance in our mind, body and soul... all the way to our essence. These divine words and heartfelt intent come to life each time Mark hosts a session allowing others to drop into their bodies.

Mark has been hosting kirtans in Bondi and Coogee for 7 years now. You can also find him on Spotify after he released his first self written kirtan album 'Heartlight' in 2021. His teachers include Clive Sheridan, Komilla Sutton and Sri Sakthi Narayani Amma which has brought forth inspiration for Mark to create his own flavour to the world of mantra and kirtan.

WHAT TO BRING

Yoga mat and anything to support you i.e. blocks, cushions. You'll be given the option to sit, stand or lay down during the session. Whatever you're most comfortable with.

Your comfiest of clothing so you're nice and warm on this winters day.

Blankets, pillows and cushions so you're truly at home.

A water bottle to stay hydrated before and after the session.

A full belly.

And an open mind and heart to receive exactly what you need in the moment.

DETOX

When working with James, some people experience what we call “detox”. This is where you are “seeing” what has been limiting you, leave you. It’s kinda like a physical cleanse but at a way deeper level.

When you partake in a physical cleanse, if your body is holding onto more impurities than normal, that initial week you flood your body with amazing nutrients and botanicals, you may experience fatigue, lack of energy, headaches and sometimes feeling a little ill. This is because your body is removing all of the garbage out of your cells and into your natural detoxification processes. The “bad stuff” is being flushed out of your system.

Now after that initial week of not feeling that great, you then wake up with a vibrancy about you, you sleep better, your mind is clearer, you feel great. This is because you’ve allowed your body to go through it’s natural detoxification process.

The same happens when “purifying” your co-ordinates of self. When you come into a more vibrant version of who you are, those things that have been limiting you will either be re-adjusted for you and become more vibrant, or they’ll fall away quicker.

Detox can happen during a variety of stages in the Optimisation Journey however is most prevalent when you are new.

Detox doesn’t happen to everyone and the way you detox can become smoother if you so wish.

As you come into a more “clean” or “transparent” version of yourself, you begin to create more efficiently in this reality. Superhuman abilities start to show up. You’re drawn to those things that nourish you and benefit you. No matter what it is… if it benefits you, your internal intelligence will give you those opportunities to clean those things up within you even more. Whether it’s health practices or business optimizations, since being an awakened being is about being efficient… your life starts to become “efficient”… in all areas.

As a reminder, this is a process. Stay the course, clean up your internal coding, harness your internal power, and reap the rewards.

Detox Symptoms include:

Emotional - old emotions coming up for clearing, feeling low and unmotivated as you recalibrate your internal coding

Mental - random memories coming up as they clear, vivid dreams

Physical - flu-like symptoms, dizziness, nausea, aches and pains. Health issues can sometimes amplify as a “sign” for you to get on with it and address the problem instead of letting it fester.

Relational - Intimate relationships can potentially adjust and become either more meaningful or they can break down quicker if they're too far gone. You may find yourself wanting to be alone, especially if you call yourself an empath or if you’ve been carrying other people’s burdens. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to strengthen on your own and to come back brighter and stronger than ever.

Financial - Business structures may adjust accordingly as you adjust internally. Timeless is about creating efficiencies so as you optimize your co-ordinates, those opportunities to optimise your business or career will show up as well. If whatever you’re doing is from an external source or something that is not of benefit to you, it again, will fall away quicker or burden you more as a way to say “Hey… let’s move on and create our experiences here with more beneficial coding”.

In saying all of the above, everyone's experience is incredibly personal and what you may be moving through may not be as bad or as good as you may think. If there is any confusion during your journey it's highly recommended to either book in a session to have that certainty. It definitely helped me along the way and continues too.
