OLD Mantra Mondays

Join us for a group meditation to deepen your practice through Mantra. Together we explore chants to support us through the new world we are in. We tune into the activating force that is encapsulated within these sounds to bring us into connection with our highest selves and one another.  

The gathering is held at a private Yoga studio in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs  between 7:30pm-8:45pm Sydney East Coast time. The address is: 109 Bellevue Rd, Bellevue Hill, Sydney
