FAQs
- What happens at a Mantra Rhythm event?
Community comes together in a warm, welcoming space. We start the journey gently with quiet meditation, followed by guided mindfulness.
Then we move into more upbeat, vibrant and electric live music and chanting. Here, we encourage you to sing, dance, move your body in whatever way feels right for you.
Finally, we bring the mood back into a mellow and softer atmosphere to finish.
- What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is a form of musical meditation where sacred mantras are sung in a call and response style. It has been practiced for centuries to help people relax, relieve stress, and awaken inner peace and happiness.
