This is a practical and fun coffee brewing class focused on manual brewing methods. In this 2 hour session, you'll get hands-on experience with several popular techniques, including:

  • V60 Pour-Over: Learn how to use the V60 dripper, covering grind size, water temperature, and pouring techniques for a balanced and flavorful cup.
  • Chemex: Discover how to brew with the Chemex, a method known for its clarity and clean taste, and understand the nuances of its unique filtration system.
  • Aeropress: Explore the Aeropress, and practice different brewing recipes to find the best method for you.
  • French Press: Master one of the most simple and effective coffee brewers on the market. Learn tips and tricks that will help you play around with variables that will result in better extraction with this amazing brewer.

You'll also cover essential brewing principles and how to adjust your brewing approach when your coffee doesn’t taste quite right. By the end of the class, you'll have a solid foundation for brewing excellent coffee at home and the skills to troubleshoot and refine your technique.
