Many Hands, One Heart
Event description
You are invited for an experiential gathering in embodied community, dedicated to alleviating human suffering.
This fundraiser aims to raise much needed resources to support Palestinian people by way of direct contribution through a travelling community member and the Northern Rivers Friends of Palestine.
Our group of volunteers believe this is the most visible dissonance in harmonious living, the indiscriminate eradication of living human beings’ culture, community, sovereignty, choice, consent, safety, dignity and lives and our aim is to support and alleviate the suffering of civilians, in particular innocent Palestinian children.
The day will begin with a gathering at Three Ways Cafe - arrival from 3:00pm and flow towards a close before 9pm.
There will be musical performances and a screening of Gabor Mates’ “Where Olive Trees Weep” & a Q&A panel discussion of representatives in the fields of embodied action.
All offerings and spaces have been made as donations toward the intention of healing and represent an embodied healing of our own community.
Tickets are available by donation, with a sliding scale recommended and you are invited to contribute relative to your means and resources.
Suggested contributions as follows:
Reasonable means ~ $22+
Comfortable with resources~ $33+
Abundance ~ $44+
First Nations people are invited as guests.
Food will be available for purchase supplied by the Northern Rivers friends of Palestine and at Three Ways Cafe. Thank you for your support.
