Mapping Midlife and Beyond: Group Coaching Program
Event description
How clear is your pathway through 2025? Are you navigating through the messy middle of life?
Join us over 6 consecutive Mondays (4pm ACDT) in February-March to help you explore your next steps for midlife, late career or post career transitions and find greater clarity and confidence on your pathway forward.
This group coaching program offers 1:1 coaching, peer group support and self-guided activities to help people navigate through the transitions and changes that life throws up. Whether you are considering a change in career in the second half of life, dealing with an empty nest, comptemplating life beyond work or feeling stuck while those around you seem to be moving forward, this 6-week program is designed to help you explore ways forward that work for you, while learning from others who are navigating through their own mid-life and beyond!
Your coach for this program is Mel Lambert, an accredited organisational coach (IECL) and certified Tiny Habits® coach and change manager. Mel has over a decade's experience of designing and hosting group programs to support people through significant life transitions.
The program is delivered via Zoom. Course content and a private chat room is hosted on the Life Navigation Lab community platform. As a bonus offer, you will also get access to the wider Life Navigation Lab community for the duration of your program. This offers additional online gatherings & peer discussions. Details of how to sign up to the LNL platform will be provided upon registration.
