Mapping Partner Networks
Learn the essentials of network science to design and interpret meaningful partner network maps. Shape collaborative strategy by identifying gaps, hubs, and opportunities to build new relationships.
Learning Objectives:
Understand basic network science concepts such as nodes, ties, and network metrics (degree, centrality, modularity, etc.).
Design and interpret a network map of partner relationships.
Identify gaps, hubs, and key influencers in a collaborative network.
Apply network insights to strengthen communication, assess power dynamics, and design collaboration strategy.
Duration: 3.5 hours
Format: Virtual. This virtual training is synchronous and interactive with a combination of discussions, activities, and lectures.
