Marananga Wine Show Public Tasting 2025

The 2025 Marananga Wine Show Public Tasting provide guests with the rare opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with growers and winemakers, taste from a range of 100 plus wine entries and cast their vote for the People’s Choice award.

The Marananga Wine Show is a celebration of the western Barossa - its community, producers and winemakers. Seppeltsfield Road’s iconic avenue of palms weaves its way through the vineyards of the western Barossa, passing through the tiny villages of Marananga and Seppeltsfield. The region is home to renowned wineries such as Whistler Wines, Torbreck, Tscharke, and Seppeltsfield, as well as a diverse number of small-batch wine producers.

An initiative of the Gnadenfrei Lutheran Church, the annual event features wines from the western Barossa and is the only sub-regional wine show in Australia. Originally created to provide the opportunity for local growers and producers to benchmark their wines, the wine show now enjoys an extraordinary following.

The Public Tasting is returning to Old Redemption cellar at Peter Lehmann Wines. Before the event, attendees will be provided with the list of wine show entries, in their judging classes, so that they can plan their evening. On arrival at the Public Tasting, attendees will be encouraged to taste through the classes sequentially, and their wines of choice will be poured for them on request.

Tickets include a souvenir glass and nibbles.
