Maranoa Botanic Gardens Celebration Guided Walk 10am
Description
To celebrate Maranoa Botanic Gardens first opening to the public 100 years ago, join us for a guided walk to learn about our much loved gardens.
Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for an outdoor walk and remain on the footpaths.
Please bring a water bottle if you'll need this and be prepared for the weather.
Where to meet: In front of the office building (100 metres down main path from main entrance gate) - a chalk board sign will be set up here on the main path listing tour times. Please enter the gardens via the Parring Road entry gate (Main Entrance Gate). You will see the main carpark for the gardens. From the carpark enter the gardens at this gate. A staff member will meet you at this chalk board to begin the tour.
When: Saturday 19th September, 10am - 11am.
Where: Maranoa Botanic Gardens. Parring Road Entry Gate - please note there are multiple entry gates to the gardens.
PLEASE NOTE: Children may attend, however must have an adult guardian present throughout the event. It is the guardian’s responsibility to supervise your child. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast. We will email attendees if we need to cancel/postpone any events. Please keep an eye on your emails prior to the event for updates.
