Award winning Hairdresser, Salon Owner and community hairdressing advocate, Marcela Lastra thrives on her three ideologies: consultation, confidence and success. Marcela believes it is of vital importance in our hairdressing industry to create an inclusive culture, through obtaining adequate knowledge and skillsets to cater for a diverse clientele.
Predominately focusing on how to execute a haircut from beginning to end, in this session two haircuts will be shown and workshopped.

RECCOMMENDED FOR:

Rookie to intermediate hairdressers with some cutting
experience looking to expand on their skillset and see some
definitive technique options to create beautiful haircuts.

• Interpreting the clients’ desired haircut
• Personalising haircuts: with a direct focus on short hair
• Creating salon ready looks, that can be incorporated into everyday salon      experiences
• Developing confidence for haircutting
• Understanding the correct tools used for particular looks
• Understanding the correct styling products for
  a perfect photo worthy haircut
• Learning how to create a culture of rebooking with your clients
• Overall…creating a style journey for your clients, imprinting a professional,   creative and lasting impression.
