March/April '26 Pillar of Light - chakra toning, energy grounding, group sounding

If you're reading this, you probably realise we are going through a massive planetary evolutionary shift, with higher energetics/plasma/photons coming in from the sun, plus non-stop powerful astrological windows and planetary alignments. We are in the middle of extreme body symptoms, wars, earthquake activity, just to name a few things.

In this process we come together to act as a group anchor node for incoming evolutionary / higher-vibrational light.  We use toning, visualisation, breath and active meditation to take us into a higher-vibrational state and bring us as a group into unity consciousness. Importantly, we also sound our chakras on the way to that, with healing intent to balance them.

As a group, we intend to ground higher evolutionary light into earth and raise the collective consciousness/vibration. To finish, we go into group toning or 'sacred sounding' together for the last 20-30 minutes or so while still in this state.

I do warmups before we start, finding pitches to resonate the body, making vocal harmonics to enhance the effect of the toning.

Where: the CWA Hall, South West Rocks, on Landsborough St, 7pm.

(PS - You don't need to be able to sing - toning is sounding long, slow vowels on different pitches, directed inward to our bodies. You just need to be able to breathe, listen, visualise and respond moment by moment.)
