Pause and Reflect: A Meditation & Journaling Session. This month's session has a focus on managing stress and anxiety.
Take a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself in this soothing meditation and journaling session led by Renae, psychologist at Coast Psychology Clinic. Through her guided reflection prompts, you’ll find peace, relaxation and inspiration for how you'd like to lead your life. Followed by some journalling, where Renae will provide you with questions to answer and reflect on, in your own journal. Pause and reflect sessions will aim to help you gain clarity on you core values, cultivate deeper self-love, and learn practical tools for establishing healthy boundaries.
These session's are designed to help you clear mental clutter, tune into what truly matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence in living authentically. Whether you're seeking more peace or better balance in your life, Pause and Reflect will guide you to create a foundation of self-compassion and respect.
Please BYO yoga mat, journal and pen + anything else that will help you feel comfortable during the session (tea, water, blanket, pillow etc).
