Description
Enjoy this new south west walk with Heart-First Founders host Jacquie Nichol🥰
A Walk and Talk Morning for Heart-First Founders
Have you been craving a space where you can feel good about your softness, sensitivity, and kindness as a superpower in biz?
Would you like to gently refill your energetic cup away from your screen with like-minded, heart-not-hustle founders?
Join the club ❤️🔥
Join me, Jacquie Nichol, for a relaxed walk along the beautiful Wadandi Track in Cowaramup with small biz owners who feel the same.
Let's explore what it means to stay true to our soft natures as we grow a brand and envision our impact.
In a safe and inclusive space, we'll remind ourselves that success shouldn't exhaust us or see us lose our heart-first values.
It can be slow, nuanced, and deeply meaningful.
Especially if we can support each other through⚡
DETAILS
Meeting point: The small public car park at the bottom of the hill on the corner of Garstone Road (gravel) and Burnside Road (sealed) between Cowaramup and Margaret River (see images below for reference)
Walk route: Along the Wadandi Track towards Margaret River, looping back past the creek, back to the carpark.
Gather from: 8.45am
Walk at: 9.00am - 10.00am
When you RSVP, I’ll send a little reminder email the night before. This will include my mobile number (just in case you’re running a few minutes late), any wet weather updates, and and a note on what I'm wearing so you can spot us easily at the meeting point if we haven't met before ✨
~
Morning flow:
We'll set off on a gentle stroll along the (mainly flat) Wadandi Track through Karri and Jarrah forest, heading south towards Margaret River and then looping back towards the carpark passing a low creekline and enjoying lots of different plants and trees.
We'll say our farewells back where we met, and you are always welcome to hang around a little longer for chats if you don't need to rush off.
Please note: There are no toilets at our walk spot - the closest toilets are at the Cowie Hall where you can also find coffee shops and other amenities.
If anyone would like to car pool please let me know in the ticketing notes when you RSVP 🤗I can pick you up at the Cowaramup Hall on Hall Road at 8.40am and we can drive to the site together for 8.45am.
You're welcome to join in however feels right for you - whether that’s connecting, sharing, or simply enjoying the energy of kind, kindred founders and the Wadandi backdrop 🙏
This is a gathering for:
❤️🔥 Soulful small biz owners whose default is kindness and empathy.
✨ Those who’ve ever been made to feel their niceness is a disadvantage and are finally ready to own it as their greatest strength.
🙏 Founders who want to stay true to their softness, let it set them apart, and attract aligned clients.
🥤 Founders, and soon-to-be founders, who don't want to harden themselves or risk burnout to find success.
🍁 Anyone recovering from an experience with a client or contractor that left them feeling unsafe or small.
The vibe:
🌿 free and low-key
🍃 no networking; just connections
🌻 no pressure; no need to be 'on'
👟 honest chats that stay between us
🌄 a kindhearted hideaway
😊 feel seen, heard, and cup-filled
If this is calling your name, I really hope you can join 🧡

Why we're doing this:
Hello - we’re so glad you’re here. These walks began in Perth in April 2025 when Adele (founder of Bookleaf Copy) noticed how a couple of tough biz interactions left her feeling depleted from the lack of empathy and kindness that was shown.
Overlapping these crappy experiences, something great happened. Adele connected with brand designer Jules Campbell - a kindred, heart-first human whose friendship helped her rediscover her joy and inspired this little wave of self-care and support for soft-souls in biz who give so much. Jules deeply felt the call too and became a walk ambassador in March 2026.
A few months later, the wave rippled further, with walks popping up in Shelley, south of the river in Perth, hosted by Simone Parker, and Margaret River, three hours south-west of Perth, hosted by Jacquie Nichol.
We choose heart over hustle - and kindness, always. We want to protect the gift of our sensitivity so we can keep doing the meaningful work that our communities love. We don't want any of us to burnout or feel isolated while on this beautiful roller-coaster of working for ourselves.
So here's to bravely and imperfectly calling in community that feels like home for all of us; a kind tribe that values the many benefits of a softly, slowly, kindly approach to growing a brand and sharing our gifts.
Thank you for joining this movement and giving kindness some legs ✨👟🌞
