MARIAPOSA: POEMS OF LOVE AND LIBERATION is the debut collection of poetry by Alma Luz Azul. Arriving February 22, 2025
Alma Rosa Azul is a Chicana spoken word poet, community organizer, and artivist. She is a self taught and community based writer who has learned most of her writing skills through local writing workshops, open mics, and by reading the work of her peers. She’s collaborated through the years with several major platforms including but not limited to The Cheech Museum, MITÚ, Latina Magazine, and L.A Taco. She resides in San Bernardino, CA where she proudly organizes and writes political poems as her contribution to the movement towards the people's liberation.
