Public Transport The Marion Cultural Centre is located 700 metres from the Oaklands Park Train station. And 800 metres from the Marion Bus Interchange. Parking The Marion Cultural Centre has a carpark on the Eastern Side of the building (between the centre and Westfield Marion). The carpark is located off Diagonal Road. There are three Accessible Carparks available at the front entrance: Width: 310 cm Note: there are no designated access aisles between parks. Distance to entrance: 10 metres. Taxis There are two places for drop offs and pickups. There is a loading zone located in the Marion Cultural Centre car park. An additional loading zone is located on Warracowie Way on the opposite side of the road, accessed via a zebra crossing.
Entry instructions
There are two entrances to the Marion Cultural Centre. MAIN ENTRANCE: The first way to enter is from the entrance located near the carpark. You will see doors with orange signage, which will tell you that you are in the right place. Door type: The doors are automatic and 170 cm wide with a small metal lip. To the left of the doors is a loading zone. This is best for you if you are being dropped off in a vehicle. To your left are the stairs leading down to the theatre, box office, café, art gallery and toilets. Straight ahead of the entrance, on the farthest side, is a ramp. The ramp is 104 cm wide and split into three levels each with a 3.5° incline (1:14). The total length of the ramp is 29 metres. WARRACOWIE WAY ENTRANCE: The second entrance to the Marion Cultural Centre is located on the plaza side of the building, facing towards Warracowie Way. The doors are automatic and 171 cm wide. Inside the doors, the box office is 10 metres ahead of you on flat ground.

Toilet location
There are both gendered cubical toilets and two standalone gender-neutral bathrooms, one of these is accessible and the other is a parenting room. The toilets are located down a corridor between the café and the art gallery, Approximately, 30 metres from the Box Office. The hallway to the toilets is 118 cm wide. Accessible toilet doorway: 83 cm wide. Note this does not meet the Australian standard of 85 cm for wheelchair access. Door type: push door, opening inwards. Room dimensions: 2.7m x 1.9m There are handrails on the right-hand side of the toilet and a low freestanding sink.

Theatre Accessibility
The Domain Theatre hosts live performances and can seat up to 250 people. To access the theatre, walk past the box office and down the hallway lined with festoon lights. Theatre hallway width: 290 cm Hallway length: 12 metres Doorway width: 180 cm Number of stairs: 18 Stair width: 110 cm Handrails: yes, free standing (disconnected) on both sides of middle stairway.
Sensory Safe Room Accessibility
The Sensory Safe Space will be held in the Sturt Room. The Sturt Room is a meeting space that can accommodate a maximum of 50 people. The room will be set up with beanbags and other seating, as well as a softer lighting. The room is carpeted with a metal lip. Doorway width: 180 cm with small metal lip. Distance from ramp: 40 metres Table height: 76 cm
