Careers Link Networking Virtual Event – Year 12 Student and 2021 Graduate Registration
Event description
This virtual event will be held as a Microsoft Team Meeting where you will be put into a breakout room with your chosen Industry Professional (keynote speaker). Some rooms have two keynote speakers.
Meet an industry professional and directly interact with a keynote speaker who has either walked in your shoes as a Marist College Ashgrove student or has a passion to support our students.
Never wait in line and pre-schedule your group session (of up to 12 students) with the person you are most interested in engaging with.
Make an impression and bring your unique perspective to the table, ask great questions about their career experiences. It is likely you may have virtual interviews in the future, use this opportunity to practice your personal presentation and listening skills.
Follow up with your keynote speaker by connecting on LinkedIn. Make sure you have a LinkedIn profile!
No disruptions, this event is going ahead regardless and you get to enjoy it in the comfort of your own home, with family members welcome to sit in on your session.
This event follows the Career Expo on Thursday 10 March in Careers Week and you will be sent a Teams Meeting link via email a few days before the event.
