This hands-on session is designed to provide knowledge and tips to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system for effective communication and success in your business.
We will discuss the key components to support your business success:
- understanding the power of data to determine the profitability of your database
- identifying the right CRM system for your business
- distinguishing between qualitative and quantitative data
- parameters to collect data legally
- the type of email funnels you need to set up to communicate with impact.
