At Luminus League, she helps business owners turn their grand visions into reality by building their capabilities, crafting sustainable strategic growth plans, and guiding them through successful B Corp certifications. Prior to running her own business, Anna worked for global marketing agencies heading up experiential marketing and working across various household names from Johnnie Walker, Deluxe and Masterfoods to name a few. She brings this wealth of experience to help small to medium sized businesses stand out and realise their own growth goals.

Anna's passion lies in empowering leaders to realise their potential and achieve their growth goals. Maria Surace - Intrinsic Marketing

As a marketing mentor and strategist, Maria is able to understand and unpack what it is businesses need to evolve and achieve growth. Her mission is to remove the overwhelm from branding and marketing a business.

Maria has a natural affinity for marketing and a creative flair and intuitively fell into marketing roles early in her career. Her corporate career included all aspects of marketing, design, branding, advertising, internal and external communications, launches, local and interstate events, sponsorships, international conferences and exhibitions, promotional material, liaising and coordinating suppliers for photography, video, voice overs, exhibition stand design and lots more.

With over 20 years of experience, Maria is dedicated to providing innovative and personalised professional support to the clients she works with. More recently, Maria has also enjoyed being a Guest Lecturer and Sessional Tutor at Swinburne University (Search, Social Media Marketing) since 2019 and working with the students who will lead our next generation into the future.

Maria is passionate about working alongside those at the very beginning of their business journey and those who have established businesses. She uses her expertise and knowledge to educate and support small to medium sized businesses achieve success.
