In this 3 hour workshop we will look at movement and how gaining a better understanding, and application, of it can help in all facets of your life, and not just in the Martial arts.

Yes, it will improve your striking, manhandling (wrestling), defence, footwork and a multitude of other martial applications. But, it will also give you improvement in your day to day movements whether that be active posture, sitting, exercising, gardening or doing your day to day jobs. It's all about doing more with less and not more deadlifts and bench press!

It will be fun, educational and a great way to spend a Sunday with other cool people : )
