Join Vermont Public and Adventure Dinner for a screening of Mary Oliver: Saved by the Beauty of the World. The film from PBS’ American Masters reveals the life and career of the best-selling poet and the inspiration behind her renowned works. Mary Oliver was known for her insightful writing on nature, beauty and love.
Enjoy a cozy fall evening at the Clubhouse; mix and mingle with other poetry fans; peruse a selection of poetry books for sale from Phoenix Books; enjoy free popcorn and a cash bar with beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Plus, a special reading from Vermont poet laureate Bianca Stone.
