Mary's House Services Art Therapy Class Term 4

When words are not enough. Free creative art therapy group for women who have been impacted by the trauma of domestic violence and abuse. 

The experience of expressing oneself through creative activity has been found to assist in the promotion of physical, emotional, cognitive and social integration and functioning. The consequent insights and personal understandings can be instrumental in facilitating change.

Qualified art therapist, all materials provided and no art experience is needed.

This runs for 6 weeks from 17 October to 28 November (no class will be held 31 October). 

All attendees must provide confirmation of their vaccination status.
