Renowned sarod maestro Arnab Bhattacharya will present a concert of Hindustani classical music, showcasing the rich and expressive sound of this 25-stringed lute-like instrument.
Trained from a young age by his father, Mr. Swapan Bhattacharya, and later by the esteemed Pandit Buddhadev Dasgupta, Arnab Bhattacharya embodies the Senia Sahajahanpur Gharana style. He has graced prestigious stages worldwide, including the Doverlane Music Conference, Taj Mahal Festival, Sankat Mochan Festival, World Music Festival (France), and Sur Festival (London), captivating audiences with his intricate melodies and improvisations.
Arnab Bhattacharya's musical journey has taken him across continents, performing and conducting workshops in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, and beyond, as an invited guest of various High Commissions of India.
