About your Host:

Alisher’s journey into hairdressing began with a formal education in fine arts, giving him a deep understanding of colour, shape, texture and balance—a foundation that has shaped his approach to blonding and contemporary hair techniques.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Alisher’s career started in the early 2000s at the renowned French academy Dessange, where he mastered classic European techniques before advancing into high-level colour transformations. Over the past eight years, he has been working in Eastern Suburbs, perfecting his skills and developing his signature approach to blonding.

Since 2019, Alisher has been deeply focused on excelling in Airtouch, recognizing its potential to elevate blonde services. In 2023, he completed advanced training with the creator of the method, Vladimir Sarbashev, in Barcelona, followed by an intensive expert course with him in New York in 2024.

Alisher is passionate about AirTouch because: “It creates artistic possibilities that traditional hairdressing doesn’t, whilst being more natural and longer lasting. You can craft different looks while maintaining complete control over colour placement—something traditional techniques simply can’t offer."
