Master your Breathing!

Brought to you by Steve and Fighting Fit Gold Coast. In this workshop you will learn how to optimise your breathing in boxing, at rest and for better sleep.

You will learn 

  • Why carbon dioxide is the most misunderstood thing in our bodies, why we need good levels of it, and how to maximise it in boxing.
  • How to breathe into your diaphragm and why we should be breathing into the diaphragm and surrounding muscles and not the upper chest for optimal breathing in fitness and at rest.
  • The cadence of your breathing and why breathing less is more for less stress and anxiety.
  • Breathing exercises to down regulate before going to sleep and how to have the best and deepest sleep
  • Recovery breathing in between rounds for faster recovery 

Breathing is automatic, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t train and improve it!
