This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Join Lydia for an interactive three-hour masterclass exploring conscious leadership, and the role spiritual practice plays in creating an economy that supports wellbeing and operates within the bounds of our ecology. She will share practices, wisdom and ideas to help us more deeply connect with the self as true leader, and explore how we can deepen our contributions to our organisations and workplaces through conscious leadership. One of Australia’s finest storytellers and creative practitioners, Lydia will share anecdotes and personal stories throughout the class around wise practice forming leadership styles and organisational outcomes.

Co-facilitated by Small Giants co-founder and Chair Danny Almagor, buckle in for learnings in:

  • Knowing the true self
  • The establishment of daily spiritual practice
  • The art of allowing in conscious leadership
  • Deep listening
  • Generational healing

Places are strictly limited so we apologies in advance for disappointment.

Our masterclasses are designed as deep-dive exercises that give you an opportunity to explore and apply concepts and theories from the next economy. Our masterclasses are workshops not lectures and as such we always recommend watching associated TED talks or reading associated articles before attending.
