Event description

FEAR - With Kate Boorer and Fiona Pearman

Redefining Your Relationship with Fear & Failure

Choosing to run for election is BIG decision; you can easily feel overwhelmed by the potential fears and risks, including your own self-doubt and resident inner-critic. Join us for an interactive Masterclass where authors of Core Confidence, Fiona Pearman and Kate Boorer share their insights and practical strategies to address fear and reframe how you perceive failure.

Whether you’re thinking about running, have decided to run or are in campaign mode, it’s likely that a whole lot of fears are playing out. The good news is this is normal, and there’s plenty you can do about it.

In this dynamic session, you will:

  • Unpack your relationship with fear and failure and explore in what ways may this be holding you back from contributing to and representing your community
  • Be resourced to address your fears (including addressing the self-doubt and your inner critic)
  • Reframe failure as a growth opportunity

DATE: 13 February 2024
