This Masterclass includes accessible teachings, coupled with gentle breath & embodiment practices. 

Logistics -

The Zoom room will open 5-10 minutes prior.  It is recommended you join from a private space where you can move and participate fully. No experience is needed and there is no nudity on the call. As long as you are a vulva owner, you are welcome to join us.
