Join leading expert Ken McMaster for this in-depth, three-part interactive masterclass where you will learn how to use Motivational Interviewing to drive better engagement and outcomes for participants in behaviour change programs.

  • The knowledge & tools to implement different strategies that will enhance engagement & retention in interventions and why this is important from a risk perspective

  • Learn how to turn the volume up on change talk that is applicable to family violence

Featuring a unique blended-learning approach, you will experience a highly interactive workshop and have the opportunity for discussion & feedback with Ken and your peers. Also included with the Masterclass is access to an eLearn via HMA's online learning platform and other resources to help further your learning

This Masterclass is ideal for practitioners who are currently working with those who perpetrate family violence and want to increase their engagement skills, including those in the fields of:

Men's Behaviour Change Group Facilitators, Psychologists, Social Workers, Counsellors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Substance Abuse Professionals, Health Care and Allied Professionals, Criminal Justice Workers, Educators & Peer Counselors.
