The Women for Election Australia online Masterclass Series is a highly practical non-partisan program that provides women with the key knowledge on key topics relating to how to campaign at all levels of government. These events provide a detailed look from industry or topic experts to assist you in building your confidence and understanding.

Led by Anne-Marie Cade, this event aims to provide women running for election with the opportunity to practice responding to negative talks and practical tips for having uncomfortable conversations with others during your campaign process. 

Anne-Marie Cade is a Councillor at the City of Glen Eira serving her second term. She is a Lawyer, a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Certified Conflict Coach, Communication Specialist as well as an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Law.

She has training in Conflict Coaching, Brain Based Conversation Skills, Brain Based Coaching Skills, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Family Dispute Resolution, High Conflict Institute New Ways for Families Coaching and The Science of Wellbeing. She is a recognised expert in her field and is a sought after trainer and speaker on divorce and separation, relationship mediation, building effective communication skills, conflict management, resilience and wellbeing.  She was awarded the Lexis Nexis Janders Dean Legal Innovation Award in 2016, recognised as Thought Leader at the Women in Law Awards in 2017, was a finalist for the Women in Law Excellence Award in 2017 and was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2020 to research Parenting Coordination- a post-divorce dispute resolution process. 

She has created a revolutionary new way for her clients to heal and get over divorce or break-up so as  to empower them to improve communication, manage conflict and reach a peaceful, amicable separation, so they can successfully co-parent together. She also works as a corporate trainer to help leaders and their teams in workplaces manage conflict and learn effective communication skills. She facilitates 1-1 coaching programs, group coaching, online courses, workshops, and mediation services.


This session will run for 90 minutes. You will need: a computer, access to reliable wifi and social media, a headset and a ‘get elected’ attitude.
