Masterclass Online - Workplace Wellbeing Strategy - Build a Plan on a Page for 2024

Event description

WORKPLACE WELLBEING STRATEGY - BUILD A PLAN ON A PAGE 2024

Rolling natural and unnatural disasters, cost-of-living and other pressures are leaving our teams, and ourselves exhausted. Some organisations are also discovering they’re not compliant when it comes to having a mentally healthy workplace.

In this 60-minute masterclass, our workplace wellbeing specialist Leanne Hart will run you through our Wellbeing Strategy toolkit to help you review your existing strategies, and/or add new strategies to prevent and protect your team and volunteers from harm.

She will also give you a tour of The Community Well resource hub, where you can access resources, tools, assessments and policies to support wellbeing, leadership and governance in 2024.

Participants will learn:

  •  How to use the Wellbeing Strategy toolkit.
  •  Learn about the six pillar framework of Prevent, Protect, Educate, Enhance, Crisis and Recovery.
  •  How to prioritise actions to support mental health at work.
  •  The musts, shoulds and coulds of designing healthier workplaces.

The Wellbeing Plan on a Page is custom-designed by our Wellbeing Hub team, to support organisations across the six pillars of organisational mental health, wellbeing and resilience. The tool comprises a summary page of the plan, plus worksheets and action plans for each of the key pillars.

The event is ideal for:

  •  Leaders that have some wellbeing practices, but want to create a more holistic plan.
  •  Leaders who are not sure where to start, and looking for a simple and effective strategic planning tool.
