Description

This masterclass will focus on 'Managing your Rosters and Pay calculations better'
With guest presenter: Monica Wullf

Are you paying your people correctly? Just ask former Masterchef Judge George Columbaris this question and he will shake his head!

In Australia, the Fair Work Ombudsman recovered $473 million in back-pay for nearly 160,000 workers in 2023-24 alone.

Since 1 January 2025, intentional underpayment can be a criminal offence, with potential prison terms and multi-million-dollar fines.

Does your workplace demand multiple roster patterns with workers under multiple awards? Do you spend time in Excel calculating individual's pays manually? The whole area of Rostering and award interpretation can become an absolute nightmare.

If you would like to hear from the experts on how to manage your Time, Attendance and Rostering better, come and join us ONLINE on July 21st 2026.

Our presentation will be from Rosterspace, who specialise in Strategic Rostering with Compliance at its core.

No matter what Time and Attendance system you use, if you have any challenges in the ‘roster space’, come along to this event and share your questions in a safe and collaborative session.
