Masterclass | Workplace Responsibilities to Domestic and Family Violence
Event description
This Masterclass will focus on People and Culture - Workplace Responsibilities to Domestic and Family Violence (DFV)
In May 2025, IPA hosted a face-to-face session on the DFV (Domestic and Family Violence) topic, which attracted strong interest—especially from our more remote members who were unable to attend in person.
We're pleased to share that Jacque Lachmund from Workplace Respect, our insightful speaker for that session, has kindly offered to repeat the session in an online format. This ensures broader accessibility and gives everyone the opportunity to engage with this important topic.
This essential masterclass will serve to highlight your workplace responsibilities when dealing with Actual and Suspected cases of Domestic and Family Violence.
Expected outcomes will be to understand how to RECOGNISE, RESPOND, REFER, AND MANAGE your response to DFV.
This is not just a HR or HSE responsibility. This extends to everyone in the workplace.
This masterclass will provide an opportunity to dive into the topic of domestic and family violence and how these impact the responsibilities of your organisation.
