The Club Room transforms into a chef’s haven for an intimate evening of culinary storytelling, celebrating the vibrant flavours of Ireland with a distinctive local twist.

40 guests will enjoy an exclusive, beautifully curated tasting menu crafted by Head Chef Declan McGovern, featuring premium seafood sourced from Portarlington’s waters and the finest Irish produce.

Each ticket includes four small plates, each expertly paired with a mini cocktail from Anther Spirits or a tasting pour of wine from Cat Out of The Bag—a perfect harmony of food and drink.
