Mastering Intuitive Alignment

Do you ever sense you know the answer, and then talk yourself out of it? Mastering Intuitive Alignment is a two-hour experiential workshop where you learn to hear your inner voice, trust what it says, and follow it with confidence.

You will explore what intuition actually is and how your own intuitive voice speaks to you, then practice simple tools to recognize it in daily life. Through guided processes and a creative practice that helps you tap into your creative intuition; you will learn to read your body's truth signals ~ the clear yes and the clear no that live beneath the noise of overthinking.

Music and group chanting are woven throughout, raising our energy together as we anchor what we learn. You will leave with practical tools and a clearer connection to your inner guidance.

No experience needed. All are welcome.
