Description

Mastering Matcha 101: Make Perfect Matcha at Home 🍵✨

Matcha is a Japanese green tea rich in antioxidants and micronutrients, known for supporting detoxification, anti-ageing, calm focus and natural energy. But prepared incorrectly, it can turn bitter and clumpy and lose its benefits.

In this practical live online workshop, you’ll learn to make matcha properly and confidently:

  • Traditional method: Use a whisk (chasen) and bowl (chawan) so you know what well-made matcha should look and taste like.

  • Modern everyday method: A quick, fuss-free way to make smooth matcha with no special tools, perfect for beginners.

  • Recipes: Matcha green tea and simple matcha lattes.

We’ll finish with a relaxed live Q&A so you leave feeling confident and inspired.

What you’ll learn

  • What makes matcha different from regular green tea

  • How to choose, store and use matcha correctly

Joining without our matcha box? Please prepare:

  • Ceremonial grade matcha

  • Plant-based milk of your choice (Bonsoy or oat milk work well)

  • A glass jar with a secure screw-top lid (test for leaks by filling with water and shaking). Please don’t use a stainless steel shaker, as it affects matcha’s flavour and colour.
