The Moving Body By Christiana is coming to London! Join us for our first Mat Pilates & Matcha event. Get ready to tone your body and clear your mind during a 50 min dynamic mat pilates class on Saturday 24th May.

Duration: 11-11:50am (50 mins). Please be prompt or a couple mins early to set up your mat.

ABOUT THE MOVING BODY EVENTS:

Christiana is the Founder of The Moving Body and is known for her versatility as a pilates instructor, specialising in both mat, barre, tower and reformer in addition to her artistic career as a dancer, performer, choreographer and dance teacher. Christiana grew up as an Australian living in Brisbane and now currently is based in England. Over the last 4 years, Christiana has worked in world class luxury gyms and pilates studios full time in Australia and the UK. You can expect high vibes, dynamic movement and sweat.
