With a background in classical dance, comprehensive Pilates training, and nutrition, she brings a holistic, intelligent approach to wellbeing. She has over five years of experience coaching busy professionals and individuals seeking sustainable strength, mobility, and balance. Her personalised sessions, offered both in person and online, are designed to fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles. Yayoi’s passion lies in helping people feel strong, energised, and connected, on and off the mat.
