Mat Pilates in the Courtyard | Purpose by Amal × Surfside22
Description
Mat Pilates, coffee & a little courtyard catch-up 🤍☕
Join me for a morning of movement and connection in the beautiful courtyard at Surfside22. With its retro motel charm and intimate setting, it’s the perfect spot to roll out your mat, move your body and enjoy a coffee together afterwards.
I’ll guide you through a full-body Mat Pilates class, then we’ll slow things down with time to socialise and get to know each other. Come with a friend or come on your own, I’d love to have you there!
What to expect:
A guided Mat Pilates class with me
Coffee and time to socialise after class
A welcoming, intimate courtyard setting
An invitation to join the "The Purpose Club" community group
