Mat Pilates with CorePlus Essendon for HeartKids

Support HeartKids through a Pilates class run by CorePlus Essendon at Westfield Airport West.

Pilates is a mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, increased body awareness, improved concentration and focus, stress management, tone your entire body and improve overall well-being. Starting on the mat we’ll use all of our favourite Pilates props to strengthen and challenge your body in new ways. Combining traditional Pilates principles with low-impact cardio, the variety of mat Pilates will elevate your heart rate and increase your cardiovascular fitness, while improving your overall tone and strength. This class will improve your overall well-being, sculpt your body, focus your mind, and sends you back into your day feeling fully alive again and with a sense of pride knowing you have also touched a heart with your session being 100% donated to HeartKids.

When: Sunday 16th February, 2025

Where: Westfield Airport West - 29/35 Louis St, Airport West VIC
Enter from the Target carpark entry and will be directed to your session

Time: 7:45am arrival with class starting at 8am sharp until 8:45am

Class length: 45 minutes

Class level: Suitable for all levels

Price: $10 donation (100% of all proceeds will go to HeartKids in to raise much needed funds and awareness for their Sweethearts for HeartKids campaign this February) Note: Westfield Airport West is hosting a variety of events and activations from 10-16 February to raise awareness and funds for HeartKids.
