Matariki at MERC

This Matariki immerse yourself and your whanau in a celebration of Matariki the MERC way. Expect to gain more knowledge about the celebration of Matariki, engage in recreational activities relating to the different stars of Matariki, interact with Māori culture, and gain a greater sense of community with this family camp experience.

The full weekend experience: This ticket will grant you access to all sessions throughout the weekend, as well as an exclusive night on Friday the 14th. Accommodation for the whole experience as well as dinner and breakfast on the 15th-16th will be included in your ticket. 

Evening and Matariki viewing experience: This ticket will give you access to attend the evening-morning sessions from the 15th-16th of July with accommodation and food (Dinner and Breakfast) included.

All activities are weather dependent and activities may change subject to the weather.

Any Child under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Those 16+ can attend by themselves.
