Together, we will create, reflect, chat and connect.
Join us online, from the comfort of your home. You are welcome to have your baby/children with you.
Pop on the kettle, grab your journal and pen. We'll be exploring writing and poetry in this Maternal Journal Pop-Up.
Who is this for?
This is a small group experience for M/others of little or big ones.
No journaling or creative experience or artistic skills required.
What is the flow of the session?
Welcome and an invitation to share any M/otherhood related books/podcasts/shows etc., or sit back and listen to the recommendations
You will be guided through a simple, step-by-step creative journalling exercise to help you reflect on the joys, challenges, and changes of your M/othering journey
An opportunity to share and discuss (but not an expectation)
