Mathematics HSC Workshops 2023
Event description
The King’s School is offering Mathematics HSC study sessions during the upcoming holidays for all students who study Mathematics in Year 12. The workshops will help to further prepare the boys for the HSC Examinations.
We have engaged the services of PD4Maths Pty Ltd, who will be conducting the study sessions Live-via-Zoom. This will involve a three-hour workshop for each of the Mathematics courses as listed below.
Monday 10 July
Mathematics Advanced – 9.00am to 12.00pm
Mathematics Standard 2 – 1.00pm to 4.00pm
Tuesday 11 July
Mathematics Extension 1 – 9.00am to 12.00pm
Please RSVP by Wednesday 14 June. Please have your son's Student Number ready, as well as your Family Number, which can be found on the School fees statements.
Students will work through examination-style questions and have the opportunity to resolve any queries. The presenters will focus on areas which students typically find difficult. Students studying the Extension 1 course should attend both the Extension 1 and Advanced workshops.
Zoom links for each session will be emailed to the students the week prior to the workshops.
