Matilda The Musical Jr.

The smell of rebellion is in the air as our talented K-12 students take to the stage at the Whitebrook Theatre for Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical JR.!

At Living School, we believe that childhood is an adventure in curiosity, courage, and agency, and no story captures that spirit quite like Matilda. Watch as our extraordinary cast lights up the stage in this gleefully witty, high-energy musical about a little girl with a big imagination who dares to take a stand and change her own story.

Featuring catchy songs by Australia’s own Tim Minchin (like “Naughty” and “Revolting Children”) and the book by Dennis Kelly, this production brings together our Primary, Middle School, and Academy students for a joyous celebration of community, cleverness, and the power of young voices.

As Matilda reminds us: "Even if you're little, you can do a lot."

Come along, bring the family, and support our incredible young performers as they bring this beloved tale to life! Show starts at 6PM Sharp, doors open from 5:30PM.

Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical JR. is presented through special arrangement with and all authorized materials are supplied by Music Theatre International (MTI).
