Description

Our second season--Mad, Bad & Sad--kicks off with 1981's Road Games, a sun-drenched highway thriller starring Jamie Lee Curtis & Stacy Keach.

Two iconic Americans are directed by Australian schlock maestro Richard Franklin in this Hitchcock-meets-Wolf-Creek treat.

Come join us for some midnight cinema on a Sunday arvo.

Sunday Matinee is a monthly film club at the Butter Factory Theatre in Wodonga, running in partnership with HotHouse Theatre.

We believe too much watching happens alone, on the couch, half-distracted. We're here to fix that — with curated films, good company, and (very optional) yarn after the credits roll.

On the last Sunday arvo of every month, we screen a film worth seeing on the big screen. Every screening includes $1 tickets, because your bank account shouldn't decide whether you can access culture and connection.

Season One, This Country, celebrates Australian cinema:

🎬 Muriel's Wedding — April 26

🎬 Mad Max — May 31

🎬 Wake in Fright — June 28.

See ya in the theatre.
