MAV's Annual General Meeting (AGM)

You are warmly invited to the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Multicultural Arts Victoria (MAV).

The AGM is a key moment in our calendar where we reflect on the past year, share important updates, and invite our members and community to help shape the future of MAV.

As a member-led organisation, this is your opportunity to:

• Stand for or nominate others to join the MAV Board of Directors
• Connect with fellow artists, creatives, and community leaders
• Hear from special guest speakers and artist
• Take part in a creative community activity envisioning MAV’s future

Whether you’ve been a long-time supporter or are reconnecting with MAV, we look forward to seeing you.

The evening will feature:

• Official AGM proceedings including reports and election
• Guest artist presentations and live performance
• A community activity to share your hopes and ideas for MAV’s future
• Light refreshments and a chance to connect with fellow creatives
  

Important Information:

To vote or nominate for the MAV Board at the 2025 AGM, you must be a current financial member.

• Membership renewals or new applications must be completed by 5pm, Tuesday 27 May 2025 to be eligible. See: MAV Membership
  

If you cannot attend in person, you may nominate another current MAV member to vote on your behalf by submitting a proxy form 48 hours before the meeting. See: Proxy Form
