About the Workshop
This fun, interactive, networking workshop will equip our community groups/ members with the skills and knowledge to :
- Create a volunteer role
- Promote and recruit volunteers
- What to do on a Volunteers first day
- Volunteer engagement
- Reward & recognition
- Legislation/ standards
Who should attend
This workshop is aimed at anyone in our community who wants to develop their knowledge of volunteering so that they are able to recruit and retain volunteers.
(Not for profits/ community groups/ sports groups and individuals looking to develop community programs/ projects)
The presenter
The workshop will be led by Sandra Leach, Community Development Officer and Tanya Honor, Volunteer Coordinator for the City of Stirling.
