Last week I heard about Nutritional Geometry from Cameron Borg, when he spoke to our Genbiome patient community. I was struck (hard) by how these nutrition principles have not had more exposure considering their fundamental importance. There are revelations to be had, when seeking a unifying theory to nutrition and energy balance. I asked Cameron to come back to talk to us again as his elegant work needs to be shared! Cameron is a nutritionist, podcaster, science writer, host of The Ricci Flow Nutrition Podcast and author of Ricci Flow substack.
