May Women's Circle and Empowerment Group

Connect with like-minded, open-hearted women and more deeply with your SELF!

Women have been gathering in women's circles (aka sister circles, goddess circles, moon circles) since before recorded history! Serving as an intimate gathering space where women can share what's present for them: their thoughts, feelings and circumstances, all to be witnessed with love.

We all know life can feel difficult! We see the pain that exists in the world. We also each have our own difficult circumstances, which can lead to a sense of separation and suffering.

This particular women's circle holds the intention of serving as a place to share AND a space of empowerment!

Each circle will involve:

- embodiment practises of movement and mindfulness, to get us out of our heads and into our bodies;

- clearing and intention setting, to let go of the heaviness and bring us back to the here and now, and to direct our energy and attention towards what we desire;

- sharing, to be witnessed by others and held in loving compassion;

- connection, to invite each woman to see herself in the surrounding women and remember how truly connected we all are;

- empowerment discussions, to remind us how strong and confident we can be, and remind us of who we AUTHENTICALLY are, underneath all the stories and surrounding circumstances; to deepen our SELF-LOVE and consciously direct our energy to what we want to CREATE!
