✨ Focus: Releasing old energy, grounding, and preparing for the inward journey of winter.

As the leaves begin to fall, nature reminds us of the beauty of release. Join us for a 60-minute crystal singing bowl sound healing, where you’ll be guided to gently let go of what no longer serves you. Sink into deep relaxation as soothing vibrations help ground your energy and create space for inner peace.

• A guided meditation to ease into the experience

✨ What to Bring:

• Anything for extra comfort e.g body pillow or pillow for under the knees

• A blanket for warmth and coziness

• An eye mask (optional)

• An open heart and intention for what you’d like to manifest

Spaces are limited and this is intimate sound bath setting 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to preserve the sacred space and ensure everyone's experience is uninterrupted. When you arrive head straight upstairs to the event space.
