MBA Research Project Showcase 2026: Ideas, Insights & Impact
Description
From research questions to real-world impact - come and see what our MBA researchers have discovered!
The MBA Research Project Showcase 2026: Ideas, Insights & Impact brings together emerging research from RMIT MBA students exploring contemporary challenges facing businesses, managers and employees.
Through a series of engaging research presentations, our MBA researchers will share the key insights from their projects and, importantly, demonstrate how their findings can inform business decisions, managerial practices and organisational outcomes.
The projects span a diverse range of contemporary business and management topics, including AI and customer experience, proactive service recovery, secondhand fashion and sustainable consumption, workplace culture, employee engagement, and more.
This showcase is an opportunity to hear fresh, evidence-based perspectives on issues that matter to organisations today, while seeing how MBA research can bridge the gap between academic evidence and management practice.
Whether you are interested in research, considering undertaking an MBA Research Project or a similar project yourself in the future, or simply curious about emerging business and management issues, you are warmly invited to join us, engage with our MBA researchers, and be part of the conversation.
